“ The Science of Life”

About Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda means “Knowledge of Life” in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India.

According to Ayurveda, everything in the universe is connected. When your mind, body, and consciousness is in harmony with the universe, you have good health. Any disturbance in this harmony can result in illness.

Balancing your Doshas can restore the harmony that is the basis of good health. This can be achieved through holistic care, by making changes to your lifestyle, diet, behavior, environment, in addition to supplements of spices and herbs.

Pulse Diagnosis

(Nadi Vigyan)

Pulse diagnosis is an ancient science used for the early detection of physical, mental, or emotional imbalances in body through pulses.

By detecting an imbalance in the equilibrium of the Doshas early, it is possible to make changes to your lifestyle and take supplements to restore balance of the Doshas, thereby preventing serious illness.

Pulse diagnosis can also be used to detect current imbalances and restore health to normal or close to normal.

Prevention is better than a cure.
